TSM Psychodrama Training

Safe and Transformative Trauma Work in Action

Professional Training in TSM Psychodrama, Trauma Treatment, Schema Therapy, and Drama Therapy.

In my trainings, I combine many years of experience as a therapist, supervisor, and international trainer in psychodrama, schema therapy, and trauma treatment. The trainings are experiential, practice-oriented, and deeply reflective, with attention to both professional skills and personal development.

What is TSM Psychodrama

TSM Psychodrama (Therapeutic Spiral Model), developed by Dr. Kate Hudgins, is a trauma-informed and strengths-based form of psychodrama. Safety, containment, and empowerment are central to the work. TSM offers professionals a clear and structured way to help clients build stability, connect with their strengths, and work safely with trauma, dissociation, and overwhelming emotions, without becoming overwhelmed or retraumatized.

Concepts and interventions

Within TSM we work with concepts and interventions such as:

  • Prescriptive Roles
  • Containment techniques
  • Body double and observing ego
  • Trauma-informed enactment
  • Safety and titration
  • Neurobiological understanding of trauma
  • Restoring spontaneity and connection
  • Group facilitation, supervision, and professional development

TSM integrates insights from psychodrama, attachment theory, neurobiology, trauma therapy, and experiential psychotherapy approaches.

My approach

I believe meaningful therapeutic work starts with feeling safe, being attuned, and listening to what the nervous system needs. In my trainings, professionals learn by experiencing, exploring, and playing. Alongside practical skills, there is room to develop presence, grounding, spontaneity, and an authentic therapeutic style. TSM offers a creative and compassionate framework for this work.

'This training was a truly enriching experience, both personally and professionally. It was highly practical and immediately applicable, while also giving me the opportunity to deeply experience the transformative power of the TSM Psychodrama method from the inside out. The group atmosphere was warm and supportive, and the trainers created a safe, nurturing learning environment throughout the training'. Former Trainer Participant.

'Hanne's creative approach was incredibly helpful to me'. Former client.
